Rules for the return / exchange of goods
If it turns out that you do not like the size or color of the purchased product, you can return it or exchange it for a more-suitable one within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. Let us know about the situation by e-mail or by phone, then send the goods together with the original receipt and the exchange form (for download below) to the following address:
